Missouri One Call can help you avoid an accident. Underground utility lines may be near where you are planning to dig. Missouri One Call personnel will notify CLGW who will locate and mark underground utility lines for free so you can avoid hitting them when digging. This service will help you avoid injury or disruption of service that may occur if utility lines are damaged.
Each month CLGW processes more than 15,000 meters and 6,300 utility bills for our customers. This involves approximately 6,000 electric meters, 4,300 gas meters, and 4,700 water meters. Meter readers read each meter on a monthly basis using handheld devices that have radio reading capabilities.
The handheld computer devices are used to record readings and also to report any metering problems encountered on the route. The meter readings are then downloaded from the handheld devices into CLGW’s utility billing system. Precise readings are necessary for accurate calculation of the billing.
The data is then used to calculate a customer’s monthly utility bill. Billing clerks review the consumption on each customer’s account, identify any consumption problems, and finally processes the utility bills.

Our online bill payment option saves you time and gives you more flexibility in how and when you pay your utility bill. If you have an internet connection and an email address, you can pay or simply view your bill online. It’s fast, it’s easy, and it’s safe! Go to www.xpressbillpay.com. Select “New to Xpress Bill Pay” and complete the short registration form including email address and password. After you login, click on “Add New eBills” and follow the instructions to add your bill. Once your bill is added to your account, you can view or pay your bill online at anytime.
Consider having your monthly utility payment automatically withdrawn directly from your bank account! You will save time every month by paying your utility bill automatically from your checking account. CLGW does all of the work for you. You will continue to receive a paper copy of your bill for your review before your payment is taken out of your account on your due date. Just drop off a voided check at the CLGW Business Office and sign an authorization form and start paying this simple and convenient way!

CLGW has a drop box located next to our drive-thru window. This secure and convenient option allows our customers to pay their utility bill 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, weekends and holidays! The payments are processed each business day.
CLGW’s drive-thru window is opened Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
